How do I register for the conference?

As a direct result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 39th Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) of the Transplantation Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ) will be hosted on-line. Register online here There are various registration options available with more information available on 'Registration' page of the conference website.

What technology or equipment do I need?

To watch content of the TSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting, you will need:

  • A computer, laptop or tablet
  • Good internet connection

Will I need to download extra software?

Not at all! You do not need to download any software to watch the TSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting. The online platform can be accessed via a webpage browser.

What is the cancellation policy?

Unless there are exceptional circumstances refunds will only be granted to delegates as follows:

  • a full refund (less a $50 administration fee) if the cancellation notice is provided in writing or by email by 31 January 2020;
  • after 31 January a 50% refund only.

What is the difference between with/without on-demand?

WITH on-demand sessions includes access to the live sessions and available recorded sessions after the conference dates for 12 MONTHS WITHOUT on-demand sessions will only have access to the live sessions on the conference date. Sessions will not be able to be re-watched after the conference dates.

Which registration category should I select?

There are 5 registration category options available:

  • Members
  • Student Members
  • Non-Members
  • Student Non-Members
  • Nursing and Allied Health Professions
Members: This rate is available to financial members of the TSANZ who hold a current membership at the time of the ASM. If you are not a student, your registration will be reverted to a Member/Non-Member registration and you will be charged the difference and this must be paid prior to the ASM Students: Students must provide written confirmation of eligibility from their supervisors. Please email eligibility to the Society’s office at admin@tsanz.com.au. Nursing and Health Allied Professions Written confirmations of eligibility from your Transplant/Department Head or Manager on Hospital or relevant letterhead to the Society’s office must be emailed to admin@tsanz.com.au. If you are not a Nursing and Allied Health Profession, your registration will be reverted to a Member/ Non-Member registration and you will be charged the difference and this must be paid prior to the ASM.

What time is the event?

The TSANZ ASM program is in Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT). If you are not sure what your local time is, you can check a specific event time in your location here or check what time the 'Official Opening' is in your local time zone here.
